Pure chardonnay, charming, satisfying, evocative. TRENTODOC appellation. Ten-year maturation on selected yeasts of its own cultivation.
Production area: vineyards owned by the Lunelli family on the slopes of the mountains framing Trento, up to 600 meters above sea level, facing southwest.
First year of production: 1972.
Visual examination: brilliant yellow with golden reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent.
Olfactory: bouquet of rare intensity and fragrance, in which the varietal fruitiness is in perfect harmony with hints of honey, combined with notes of white chocolate, spices and citrus.
Taste: elegant and harmonious, velvety-bodied and composite: the fragrances of acacia honey and ripe hay combine well with floral notes. The impact is noble and of remarkable persistence.
