Ingredients for the Extra Colada: - 50ml Chivas Extra 13 Rum Cask. - 30ml pineapple juice. - 25ml lime juice. - 20ml coconut cream. - Pineapple slice, to garnish. - Mint to garnish. Method: Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend with ice for approximately 10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass filled to the top with ice. Garnish with the pineapple and mint.
