Biondi-Santi is the winery that created Brunello di Montalcino, and its Riserva was first produced in 1888, the parent vintage of the entire appellation. Since then, Biondi-Santi has released the Riserva only 41 times, in particularly exceptional vintages. Renowned for its extraordinary longevity, this wine is considered the most classic expression of Brunello di Montalcino.
